We make planning the details of your wedding fun & easy the way it should be. Here are just a few of the details along the way you can expect with Tahoe Disc Jockeys. 1. Take a further look at what we have to offer and Contact Us. 2. Meet with your DJ and discuss the details and the way you envision your wedding. (You do meet the actual DJ who will be at your wedding) Decide if we are the right company and entertainer to fulfill your needs. 3. Complete your contract & secure your date with a retainer. Your day now belongs to you and we begin the process of making your day an incredible experience. 4. Begin filling out the details of your online planner. There are different versions of our wedding planner, your DJ will give you the links and tips to the one that is best tailored to your event. 6. Start making your music selections with our easy to use online request system. Add the songs that you want to hear on your wedding day, you can even submit a list of selections that you do not want to hear, after all . . it's your wedding. We've also developed a number of popular Music Selection "Cheat Sheets" that make selecting your music fun and easy. 6. Along the way you might get a phone call or an email with some creative or innovative ideas to even more enhance your special day. 7. Sit down once again with your DJ to go over the final details of your planner, order of events & music selection. Here you will also talk about the design of the music & announcements as well as the layout of the venue for your ceremony and/or reception. 8. Relax, there is nothing to worry about, we work hard to make sure every detail is taken care of. Just remember to show up and say "I Do". Around this time your DJ is at the office, finalizing the details of your video montage, love story, or custom introductions. 9. Once the timeline is finalized we begin to check in with any other vendors you have involved to make sure there are no conflicts with the finalized timeline. 10. Arrive at your wedding, your DJ will make every effort to assist you, your family & guests with anything they need. As the day goes on, rest assured that everything will run smoothly. If for any unforeseen reason things change as they do sometimes, there is plenty of flexibility in making those changes best to serve you and your guests. Your vendors will love the fact that they know ahead of time what to expect and know they have us as a leader to orchestrate what needs to happen next.
